09/05/2010 We have a progressive tax system in this country that supposedly taxes the "rich" more than common folks. I was wondering at what point someone magically becomes rich and should shoulder the burden of carrying others via this tax system.
Let's try to keep politics and ranting and raving out of the discussion as much as possible and simply focus on when this threshold is crossed. What is the new litmus test for "richness"?
09/05/2010 A 2 mile radius is WAYYY TOO much for doing comps in the area. There's literally small 2-3 street pockets within towns that can vary dramatically in prices (Take Avondale and North Avondale for instance). Seems like you need some help on this, but no ones going to help you if you won't take what you consider "high" interest rates. It's hard enough to obtain hard money these days with the tighter restrictions, investors would flock by the dozen to get 15% interest short term financing. Hope you find someone to help you structure and fund the deal.
09/05/2010 Hello Uwe,
I sent you an email with my contact information. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
